It reliably separates the footing layer from the sub-base, stabilizes the entire ground structure, and simultaneously ensures effective water management.

With a size of 117 × 83 × 3 cm, a coverage of approximately 0.97 m² per mat, and a weight of 16.5 kg, it is ideal for riding arenas, lungeing circles, exercise areas, and indoor riding arenas. Made from high-quality recycled PVC, it combines durability, stability, and sustainability.

What this mat actually does

Over time, the same problems arise under every riding surface: sand mixes with the sub-base, water accumulates or dries out too quickly, and depressions form in heavily used areas.

Separation of layers

The mat forms a stable separation layer between the base layer and the footing layer. This ensures that the riding sand stays where it belongs and does not mix with the sub-base.

Optimal water management

The integrated openings drain excess rainwater downwards in a controlled manner. At the same time, moisture is retained longer in the sand layer. This means fewer puddles after rain and reduced irrigation efforts in dry summer months.
