Delivery conditions

Currently, we can only ship orders via the store to addresses in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary. We do not ship to PO box addresses.

It is also possible to order in other countries upon individual request.

Free pick-ups in 32457 Porta Westfalica are possible by arrangement.

Delivery service

Your order will be delivered by one of our three in-house forwarding agents: Marten, DB Schenker, or Palletways. Notification will be made either by phone or email.

Delivery times

We typically deliver your order within 5-20 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of order or payment. Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak periods such as sales, Black Friday, Christmas, and Easter.

Delivery to multiple addresses: We are currently only able to deliver to one address per order. If you require delivery to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Liability

Please note that we only have a duty to send the goods, not to deliver them (see OLG Hamm 1-2 U 177/10). This means that we have fulfilled our obligations with the proven handover to the transport company.

The shipping cost calculation is only available if you have at least one item in your shopping cart.
