Delivery terms

Currently, we can only ship orders via our online shop to addresses in Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Deliveries to islands are generally possible; however, additional delivery costs may apply, which we reserve the right to charge separately.

It is also possible to order in other countries upon individual request.

Pick-ups in 32457 Porta Westfalica and 28197 Bremen are possible by arrangement.

Delivery service

Your order will be delivered by one of our three partner shipping companies: BHS, DB Schenker, or Palletways. You will be notified either by phone or email.

Our shipping companies will notify you by email and/or telephone. They will often suggest a delivery date with a time window. It is possible to reschedule this appointment; however, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee of €5 net per day and pallet for each additional working day.

Delivery times

We typically deliver your order within 5-20 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase or payment. Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak periods such as sales, Black Friday, Christmas, and Easter.

Delivery to multiple addresses: We are currently only able to deliver to one address per order. If you require delivery to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Liability

Please note that we only have a dispatch obligation, not a delivery obligation (cf. OLG Hamm 1-2 U 177/10). This means we have fulfilled our obligation upon proven handover to the transport company.

Shipping cost calculation is only available if you have at least one item in your shopping cart.
